1. Customized Products Are Non-Refundable
All products that include customization—such as custom text, logo printing, color selection, special sizing, or any personalized design—are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
This is because customized items are made uniquely for each customer and cannot be resold.
2. Order Cancellation
Cancellation is allowed only before production begins.
Once printing or customization starts, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
For COD orders, customer must confirm before customization starts.
3. Damaged Product / Wrong Product Received
You are eligible for a replacement only if:
The product arrives damaged,
The product has a manufacturing defect,
You receive the wrong customization (different from what you selected).
Conditions for replacement:
Unboxing video is required.
Report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Replacement will be provided free of cost.
Refund is not issued; only replacement.
4. No Return for Customer Mistakes
No return or refund applies for:
Wrong custom text provided by customer
Wrong image/logo uploaded by customer
Color or design chosen incorrectly
Customer changes mind after customization has started
5. Shipping Issues
If the courier delays delivery, refund is not applicable.
If the product is lost in transit, we will resend it free of cost.
